Traditional Dark Balsamic, White Balsamic & Specialty Vinegars

Produced in the traditional style, our aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is aged using the Solera method for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. Our Four Leaf Quality Equivalent Condimento is exceedingly rich, complex and dense. They pair beautifully with any of our olive oils for vinaigrettes, glazes or marinades. Try them drizzled over ice cream and frozen yogurt or with fresh fruits and berries!

Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar: A delightfully aromatic tropical scent reminiscent of melons with strawberry and citrus notes. Refreshingly sweet/tart flavour that is perfect for drizzling over fruit salad, on shrimp, or in a mixed drink.
Favourite Pairings: Basil, Lemon or Lime Olive Oil. For a spicy twist, try with Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Raw. Organic. Small batch, unfiltered vinegar rich in phenols and 'mother of vinegar'. Splash into water, use in vinaigrettes, or try as a marinade. Pairs great with any of our flavoured olive oils.
